My journey with Pilates began five years ago as a student, and it quickly became the highlight of my day. I found a connection to my body through Pilates that I hadn’t experienced before—one rooted in strength, awareness, and balance. That connection inspired me to pursue instructor training, and I received my comprehensive certification through The Pilates Place in Miami.
I am trained across all apparatuses—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Tower—as well as Mat Pilates. I work with clients of all ages and experience levels, and I love helping people feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected in their bodies. Whether the goal is improved posture, injury recovery, athletic performance, or everyday functional movement, I strive to meet each client where they are and guide them forward.
While my foundation is in classical Pilates, I enjoy integrating contemporary exercises to create sessions that are dynamic, challenging, and supportive. I’ve completed continuing education in Pilates for athletes, rehabilitation, and pre/postnatal care, and I’m deeply passionate about helping clients leave each session feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned.
